Not receiving your OTP? Here's why it happens and exactly how to fix it.
Make sure you are entering the EXACT phone number you used to register with SASSA. Even one wrong digit means no OTP.
SASSA's SMS system can be slow. Wait 15 minutes and request a new OTP.
Make sure your phone has signal and can receive SMSs. Ask a family member to send you a test SMS.
Try checking your status via USSD: dial *134*7737# — this doesn't require an OTP.
If nothing works, visit your nearest SASSA office in person with your ID. They can verify your identity without an OTP.
